VIP Saturday
Code STEPVIP covers three sequential offers. Each step is available after the one before it. The steps are 50% up to A$750 for A$50, then 75% up to A$750 for A$75, then 100% up to A$1,500 for A$120, all with 35 times wagering.
Standard Wheel of Fortune
Use promo code FORTUNE with a deposit of at least A$60.
Gold wheel
Use code GOLD with a deposit of at least A$90.
Diamond wheel
Use code DIAMOND with a deposit of at least A$190.
Lottery
Our lottery is updated every two weeks. You receive one ticket for every A$45, with discounts up to 78% on two or more tickets. There are 55 winning tickets. The first five receive 100 free spins and the next 50 receive 50. One player can win more than once. Activate prizes within two days and wager them within seven days, with cash at three times and free spins at 40 times. Your account must not be blocked or self-excluded at the draw.
No-deposit offers
We have no permanent no-deposit bonus. One-time no-deposit offers may arrive through our newsletters and notifications. Winnings from one of these offers are capped at A$75. To withdraw them, make a minimum deposit with the payment system you want to withdraw with. Both the winnings and that deposit can then be withdrawn without play-through.
Maximum bet and early withdrawal
The maximum bet during wagering is A$8 unless an offer sets a different limit, including doubling after a round and bought bonus rounds. Withdrawing a deposit before wagering voids the bonus and winnings. Delaying bonus rounds until wagering is over, or making a new deposit while bonus rounds are still open in a game, is prohibited.
Bonus abuse
We void any bonus, free spins or winnings when a promotion is abused. That includes maximum bets on high-variance games only to inflate wagering, lowering stakes and moving to low-variance games after a large win, a deposits-to-bonus ratio above 50%, and several accounts used to claim a welcome offer twice.
Weekly cashback
Our weekly cashback is 3% on slots using real-money bets only. Cashback is calculated as total bets minus total winnings for the previous week. We credit it every Monday at 07:00 UTC for Australia. Claim it within three days. The range is A$10 to A$7,500, cashback winnings are wagered five times, and we do not credit it when receiving bonuses is switched off.
VIP Thursday
Code FSVIP works in three steps taken in order. Deposit A$60 for 40 free spins, A$75 for 50, then A$120 for 70, and wager each reward 35 times. Steps one and two use Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and Gold Rush with Johnny Cash. Step three uses Aztec Clusters and Snoop Dogg Dollars. VIP free spins last three days and cash bonuses seven days.
VIP Friday slots bonus
Code SLOTSVIP gives 60% up to A$750 for a deposit of A$60 to A$119, or 80% up to A$120, wagered 35 times on slots only.
VIP Sunday
Code DOUBLEVIP allows only one bonus per Sunday. Choose 30 free spins for an A$75 to A$149 deposit or 80 free spins for A$150. The reward is wagered 30 times on Fortuna TRUEWAYS and Voodoo People.
Silver wheel
Use code SILVER with a deposit of at least A$70.
Platinum wheel
Use code PLATINUM with a deposit of at least A$140.
Wheel rules
Each level offers up to 10 spins per day. Use each spin within three days. Free-spin winnings are wagered 40 times and cash prizes five times. A physical prize is paid as equal funds or exchanged through support.
App notification reward
If you have made at least one deposit and enable app notifications, you instantly receive 20 free spins. The maximum cash-out is A$35.
General bonus eligibility
All bonuses run on UTC time, so offer days and hours follow UTC rather than local time. We allow one offer per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone, account, card, e-wallet, payment-system account and device. Some bonuses require verified ID, phone and email. Our bonuses are non-sticky, so real money is used first. A bonus remains valid for 14 days unless its offer says otherwise. If wagering is unmet at expiry, the bonus and winnings are void. A bonus is cancelled when the balance tied to it falls to A$0.05.
Winnings caps
Free-spin winnings are capped at A$150, while cash-bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus unless stated otherwise.
Active bonuses
Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses do not combine. You may cancel or refuse a bonus without losing your own funds.
Game contribution
Slots count 100%, while some, including Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus and Big Bass Bonanza, count 50%. Table games, roulette, video poker and craps count 5%.
Loyalty and Missions
Earning and level rewards
Comppoints come only from real money bets. You earn one point per A$25 on slots and one per A$200 on other games. Loyalty status begins after at least three deposits, and we credit level prizes automatically. Exchange starts at level 22 and exchanged funds are wagered 10 times.

Eligible odds
The welcome freebet works on odds from 1.01 to 2.00.
OnlyWin freebet
OnlyWin pays only the winnings, excluding the bet value.
AllWin freebet
AllWin pays the winnings including the bet value.
Deposits and payments
Deposit methods
Our Australian deposit methods are MasterCard, Visa, eZeeWallet, MiFinity and Crypto Processing. Crypto Processing supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and USDT.
Currency and minimums
AUD is one of our currencies, and you can add another one in your wallet. We do not offer fiat-to-crypto exchange. The minimum deposit is A$20.
Deposit ownership and playthrough
Deposits must come from an account in your own name. If we find a third-party deposit, we confiscate the winnings from it and return the deposit to its rightful owner. Before withdrawal, each deposit must be wagered once on slots or three times on other games.
Withdrawals
Methods, minimum and limits
Our Australian withdrawal methods are Bank Transfer and Crypto Processing. The minimum withdrawal is A$30. Our withdrawal limits are A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 per rolling seven days and A$30,000 a month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside these limits.
Processing
We aim to process requests within 72 hours after approval. Payout time then depends on the method and verification status.
Card returns and fees
If you deposited by card, we may return a withdrawal up to your net deposit to that card. Any amount above your net deposit is paid by another method. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Your Richard account
Registration
Create an account with email, password, preferred currency and country, or use a Google account. Complete the process through email verification. You must be at least 18 or the higher legal gambling age where you live.
If verification fails
Withdrawals stay pending until verification is complete. If we cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, your account is locked and the withdrawal is cancelled. Failing verification within two weeks of our request ends the account and forfeits its funds. If documents are missing or invalid, such as an expired ID, we may suspend or close the account, and funds in the balance are forfeited.
Inactive and closed accounts
An account becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months without signing in or playing, and a monthly dormancy fee may then be charged. Support can close your account.
Verification documents
You may play without documents, but verification is required to withdraw. We may request a passport or driving licence, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, proof of payment method and a phone call. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise we may ask for a video verification. Bitcoin play requires valid ID before deposits and bets.
One account
Only one account is allowed. Accounts sharing an address, household, IP address or device count as duplicates, and we may close them, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate winnings. A VPN may not be used to bypass geo-restrictions.
Access and personal data
Returning players use the same email and password to reach their account. Your registered email cannot be changed, while support can correct personal data after you upload documents.
Richard Casino app
We provide a free Richard Casino mobile app for Android and iOS, and our casino also works on desktop. Android players can get the APK from us.
Responsible gambling
Personal limits
Set deposit, loss and wager limits for a day, week or month. Deposit limits cannot always apply to crypto. Lower limits take effect immediately. A higher limit requires email confirmation and begins only after the previous limit expires.
Cooling-off
A cooling-off period starts at once, blocks fiat deposits and promotional offers, and leaves you free to withdraw your remaining funds, though some cryptocurrency deposits may still be processed. Your account comes back automatically when it ends.
Self-exclusion
When self-exclusion is activated, your account is immediately disabled, and promotional offers and fiat deposits stop. Crypto payments can still come through for technical reasons. On request, our support team pays out remaining balances within our usual limits, and verification can still be required.
How to set them
Every limit, cooling-off period and self-exclusion is set through live chat or email.
Independent help
For independent help, you can contact Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare or Gambling Therapy.
Our licence and complaints
Richard Casino operates under E-gaming licence No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.
Complaints go to our support team first. If unresolved, we escalate them inside our organisation. If the outcome remains unsatisfactory, you may take the dispute to EGIS, an independent dispute-resolution body working under Tobique Gaming Commission rules.
Support
Our customer support team is available 24/7 through live chat and email at [email protected]. Live support comes from real people, in English only.
